Try as I might, I just never seem to get a picture of Leona with a plip tongue . Within mere nanoseconds of pressing the button she instantly yawns or disappears. So I’m left with posting other cats showing off.
Perhaps one day she will not be so difficult and the kitty world can be entertained by here, until then, continue pliping!
A (long haired) tortoiseshell cat.
Tortoiseshell describes a coat colouring found mostly in female cats. Cats of this colour are mottled, with patches of orange or cream and chocolate, black or blue. They are sometimes called torties for short. The term “tortoiseshell” is typically reserved for cats with brindled coats that have relatively few or no white markings.
Those that are largely white with red and brown patches (rather than a brindled aspect) are described as tortoiseshell-and-white (in the United Kingdom) or calico (in Canada and the United States). Tortoiseshells and calicos are not specific breeds of cat. Little Tigger, Leona and Malagent would all like to welcome you to the all new KittyPuss Organization website.
Previously we used a Content Management System (CMS) known as Geeklog. Geeklog had performed well for a few years, however, we have outgrown it’ abilities and sought a new platform. We’ve decided to use the WordPress platform, since it provides a great deal of power and flexibility while still being very easy to use.
It may take some time to get everything back to normal. There are lot’s of posts and images to sort out and re-post. If we’ve scred something up let us know in the comments.
